Here at il Baretto we welcome everyone, from little ones to older ones!
We have a large range of dishes from Italian traditional food to international classics. We cater for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering live music every Friday accompanied by Tapas and a fully licenced bar. We welcome private functions, corporate catering, and we offer group cooking classes.
Il Baretto works in collaboration with Daniel's catering company WeCook4u, which offers a fine dining experience in the comfort of your own home; we come and cook for you for your special occasion.
Don't forget to check out our retail store where you can buy our home made jams and relishes, or choose from a premium selection of Merlo roaster's coffee to enjoy at home.

il Baretto by Daniel Zuccolotto
Daniel was born in the north of Italy, where he did his apprenticeship, once that was finished his career started by working for a 5-star hotel in Venice, and Harrold's in UK.
Daniel came to Australia in 1999 and started working as a chef in a family restaurant in Melbourne, and that was the beginning of his carrier here in Australia. Soon he became a Head Chef working for the largest reception centre in Victoria, followed by cafes and restaurants.
In 2020 Daniel opened il Baretto in Brisbane offering great service and quality food to his customers for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Daniel also owns and operates a catering company "We Cook 4 U" that offers a fine dine cooking experience at the convenience of the customer's own home.
